Welcome to PrettyMerch, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by MerchCoders Ltd. ("we," "our," "us"), a company registered in Cyprus. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including the PrettyMerch Chrome extension, mobile apps and web-based platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Refund Policy
At PrettyMerch, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our Service. We offer the following refund policy for all our subscription plans, including both initial purchases and renewals:
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase or any renewal, no questions asked.
- After 30 Days: For subscriptions extending beyond 30 days, we provide a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription period. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- We initiate refunds immediately upon receiving your request.
- Please note that while we process refunds promptly, it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

- Chargebacks: Given our flexible refund policy, we encourage you to reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Requesting a refund through us is typically faster and avoids potential bank fees that may be associated with chargebacks. We’re committed to resolving your request efficiently.
All subscription fees are refundable under this policy, with no exceptions for non-refundable fees or special conditions. Our goal is to make the refund process as straightforward and customer-friendly as possible.
